Agreement to Terms

By accessing phaylink.com or using any services provided by PhayLink LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services

PhayLink provides digital marketing services to service-based contractors including website design, marketing automation, reputation management, and related services.

Month-to-Month Agreement

Our services operate on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. Either party may cancel with written notice.

Payment

Fees are billed monthly as outlined in your client agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Intellectual Property

Website designs and marketing materials created by PhayLink remain your property upon full payment.

Limitation of Liability

PhayLink does not guarantee specific results such as a particular number of leads or calls. Results depend on your trade, market, and usage.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
